SPOILER ALERT: Contains information originally disclosed in the trailers of the films, avoid first paragraph if you do not want to have any information to what occurs in parts of Toy Story 3.

Out of all of the movie trilogies I have seen over the years, none have successfully topped the story like Disney/Pixar's Toy Story 3. In the first film we know our hero Woody has his place threatened by a popular new spaceman toy that is all the rage at the time. In the second, Woody, by accident, falls into the hands of a greedy toy collector and reunites with the other parts of his extremely rare set of toys prepared to be sold to a Japanese toy museum. Now Woody, Buzz, Potato Head, Hamm, Jeesie and the rest of the gang come back for one last adventure as they face a new dilemma, their owner, Andy, is going to college. When the gang is unintentionally packed and shipped off to a daycare for donation, they realize what should be a new fantasy with preschoolers becomes a nightmare of terror when a slew of toddlers abuse them. To make matters worse they realize that Andy wanted them after all and are now trapped in Sunnyside.

This is the finest conclusion to the unique story that was started in Pixar's first full length film. A true story of coming and goings that I feel never has been done before. You will find references to many of the parts from the first two chapters, in addition to a cameo appearance from a well known children's story from the Studio Ghibli line of animated films (which are dubbed by Disney and Pixar for North American audiences). The visuals are amazing and continue to set the bar for other computer animated films to follow but will never succeed. Most importantly the story is gripping and the ending is one of the most motivating and tear-jerking that tops giants like Star Trek VI: the Undiscovered Country and even Lord of the Rings: Return of the King. Yeah I actually started to cry at the end. This is a must see, and I feel deserves the title "best trilogy of all time."
