DanceMasters - Konami
Projected Release Date: Holiday 2010

A stunning revealation in the Konami E3 site shows a whole new dance game simular in design to that of MTV Dance Central (revealed earlier) is in the works. Could this be a sign that the DDR series in North America may be on its last leg? Update: A new video is found on IGN.com for DanceMasters which you can find here. During the Konami Press Conference, Naoki says "we will use a dance mat no more!" implying possibly DanceMasters may entirely replace DanceDanceRevolution. However this is not confirmed based on the fact that there is a new Wii version in development and X2 is coming out in arcades in Japan this summer.

MTV Dance Central - Harmonix/MTV Games
Projected Release Date: November 4th, 2010
Platforms: X-Box 360
This is a new dance simulation video game under the development of Harmonix (creators of Rock Band) and will make use of the now officially named "Kinetic" (formerly Project Natal) motion camera accessory for the X-Box 360. The game will have downloadable content released slowly. The game is reported to work similar to that of the old PlayStation 2 game, Eye Toy: Groove. Unlike panel dance games, this game will require full body movement from the user in order to perform the "routines" on screen. Lady Gaga's Poker Face was used in a demonstration prior to E3 so it is assumed that will be a song found in game. Other artists mentioned during the press conference included No Doubt, Beastie Boys, Gwen Stefani and Bill Bel Devoe. Others are expected to be revealed at time progresses.
