A little problem I have with some songs from Encore is they suffer from vomit colored note syndrome (such as this one) during partial speed ups. Would probably look fine if I was playing with standard DDR note skins but having it on Note makes for something ugly. It's on beat, I just don't like looking at it haha.

Oh, yet again, hosting this at my setup for Cutthroat. This time at the Tivoli on Auraria Campus on Friday and Saturday.

I completely understand. If I can find a nice median BPM that will make it a littl eless of an eyesore, I'll go ahead an update this and let you know.

Good luck this weekend, I have a tournament up in Cheyenne to go to, but if it ends early enough I'll swing by and be say hey.

From what I can remember, most steps don't do a bpm change during partial speedups at all. When you're lowering the bpm for a slowdown, no matter what if you decide to take into account the partial speedup it's going to give you weird colors. Only way I can think of to "fix" it and keep the change is to either make the normal speed faster or the slow speed slower (or cut out the part and analyze the exact bpm which will most likely give you the slower one anyways).

I understand that. The song just felt a lot faster than the slow part, but slower than the fast part, so it had to go in, I guess. It makes sense musically, and I do see your point about how it looks really weird, especially on note/cel/metal.
